EXCITING START AT THE FUFA TV CUP SECOND EDITION

The second edition of the annual FUFA TV Cup has kicked off with a bang, with 62 goals scored in the first leg of the tournament. The competition, which started on Friday 28th June 2024, features schools competing in a knockout format, with the theme of "excellence in academic and sports" at its core.

Tournament Format

The tournament will be played in a home and away knockout format, starting from the round of 64. This format promises to deliver exciting matches and intense competition among the participating traditional schools.

Growth from First Edition

The first edition of the FUFA TV Cup featured just eight schools that saw ST. Marys College Kisubi emerge winners, but the second edition has seen a significant increase in participation, with more schools joining the competition. This growth is a testament to the success of the tournament and its ability to bring together schools and promote excellence in both academics and sports.
